原料:桃仁200克,鸡腿两个,胡萝卜和黄瓜适量,葱姜蒜,蚝油,酱油,盐
做法:
1、鸡腿去骨切块,用蚝油、酱油、生粉腌制15分钟;
2、核桃仁用开水,泡5分钟左右。捞出桃仁吸干水分入油煎到金黄色,捞起;
3、锅中放油,放葱姜蒜片爆香;
4、放入腌制好的鸡丁爆炒到变色;
5、加入胡萝卜和黄瓜翻炒;
6、放入桃仁快速翻炒,加适量盐,最后滴几滴香油即可出锅。
