原料:玫瑰花10朵,盐3克,纯净水或蒸溜水适量
做法:
1、先把花朵摘成花瓣,外面发黑的扔掉不要;
2、如果是花市或花店买来的花,这些花和蔬菜一样,为了保鲜等原因都会喷洒药物的,所以一定要多清洗几遍,然用盐水泡2小时把有害物质分解出来;
3、泡完后接着再冲洗几次;
4、水开了下锅(水没过花瓣一些就好);
5、先放入部分花瓣,盖上锅盖这样煮的比较快(定时30分钟);
6、差不多煮到15分钟时候再下另一部分的花瓣;
7、时间到了,花瓣变惨白,汤汁变玫瑰色;
8、用过滤勺过滤出汤汁,玫瑰香哦;
9、凉到常温后装瓶,放冰箱。
